One reason people have given for consideration: it’s low price.

Secondly, Elon Musk is one of the involved parties to the token’s production / emergence into the crypto markets.

Here’s how you can snag some SHIB: Send ETH to a MetaMask wallet, then swap for SHIB via the Exchange, which pulls from more than one exchange. If you have another way to swap Eth for Uniswap, that is the recommended way to swap.

WARNING – the gas fees / exchange fees can run a little over ten percent of what you choose to invest, meaning that a ~$3k ETH investment will result in roughly $350 in fees between transfer to exchange wallet and the actual exchange itself.

Good luck, and this post is not investment advice. Consult a licensed financial advisor for financial advice.
