So, you want to fight Child Support? Here’s the Sweat case.

DISCLAIMER: I support child support that is fair & reasonable, but when I see judges talk about what you “could” or “should” make, it’s time for some change.

Throw a monkey wrench into the system – appeal, appeal, appeal – the decision-making process is unconstitutional as it is based on theory instead of actual facts and proof.

HERE is the Sweat decision: Sweat Case Atkinson Superior Court – I will be seeking to get the official Atkinson County Superior Court decision and the case file to share the arguments and evidence that were used to make the case.  (It may take a while – Court records are NOT cheap!)

I will be devising a case book for use with Georgia child support cases as OCS is running a serious racket – the system is based off of percentages and billable hours that incentivizes decisions made against people who simply cannot afford to pay for some reason or another.

The #Revolution does not sleep and it depends upon us ALL to cooperate or suffer.  You’re either in for a fair America, or you’re not – pick your side. #OccupyLaw #JusticeForAll
